Armani Residences Marbella

Thirty-three homes on a Golden Mile plot of five hectares, announced by the Armani Group itself — and the register prints the two first-phase counts it was given.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

The group's own release is the source, which settles the licence and not the arithmetic. Armani Residences Marbella sits at Nagüeles on a plot of about 50,000 sqm, with 33 residences, works from June 2026 and completion in 2028. The developer is Sierra Blanca Estates with Palya — and the release names Palya twice, differently: “Palya Assets” in the headline and “Palya Invest” in the body. One document, one company, two names, and the register does not choose between them.

The first phase is twelve or ten depending on who is counting. The Armani release says twelve; idealista says ten against the same total of thirty-three. Both speakers are named and both figures are printed. No architect is named by anyone, no operator, no bedroom range and no size range — on a project announced for 2028 that is unremarkable, and the register would rather carry an empty field than the portal's estimate.

No price is published by anyone with a stake. The figure in circulation is an area average of EUR 6,872 per square metre, which is idealista's context for Nagüeles rather than this project's asking price. The register's entry-price field therefore stays at Not established, and the number appears only in the sources where it belongs.

Not for a buyer who needs a price: nobody with a stake has published one, and the figure in circulation is a neighbourhood average. Not for anyone who wants the design team — no architect is named in any source.

In the journal

26.10.2026 · A three-star hotel in a ski station sells its own rooms, and an article of Andalusian law says why the owner gets sixty nights.

A reader sent a link and said: look, there are residences in the Spanish mountains. There are — and the hotel is selling its own rooms. The Mountains at Pradollano: “You buy a hotel room and at the same time you sign a lease contract with the hotel.” Thirty-seven rooms with independent Land Registry entries, from EUR 257,000, and owner use capped at 30 nights a year or 60.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on

The rule for Spain: Closed to property — checked 24.09.2026.

The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
