VALSET PREMIUM
A seller that will not name the operator its own resort names on another page — and the register records which of them says what.
The marque is published by the resort and withheld by the seller. Rosa Khutor's own events page names “Valset Apartments by Azimut Rosa Khutor”. The sales site for the same apartments calls the operator «международный отельер с легендарным именем» and will not say who. That is the opposite of this sweep's usual fault: here a real relationship is being obscured by the party selling against it, rather than an unreal one asserted.
What the sales site does say plainly is the tenure: «Продажа в собственность действующих апартаментов» — the sale into ownership of operating apartments, five buildings, 40 to 75 sqm, at 800,000 roubles per square metre on an undated page. No count of apartments is published by anyone.
The register names AZIMUT in the operator field and attributes it to the resort, because an operator named by the resort on its own site is better evidence than an operator withheld by the agent. The brand field records the asymmetry rather than smoothing it.
