How many units were sold off over the Olympic-era and later phases is published by nobody, so the register's inventory field is empty against a figure of 1,314 that is a different thing entirely. Lettings start at 15,000 roubles a night.
Both tenures are live, and this is the second such record the register wrote this week. Units were sold historically; they are let now under a public offer, with a management and loyalty programme and no compulsory rental agreement published. §106's third limb, written three days ago for Leiro Residences in Fuengirola, applies without strain to a Russian resort built for an Olympics.
The operating entity is named in the resort's own forms as OOO RogSibAl — which the register records because the resort's public name, its marque and its operating company are three different strings, and a reader looking for the counterparty on a contract will meet the third.
