A citation to 214-FZ is not evidence that units are sold on a participation contract, and this one is not. The security actually offered is described as the “единственный проект с банковской гарантией” — a bank guarantee, which is a different mechanism from escrow and protects a different thing.

The register files it under the second, since that is the name attached to the residential product, and holds the first as an alias.
