The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Limassol
Limassol, Cyprus. Ritz-Carlton. A thirty-three-storey tower — where the developer's own page gives a different count from everyone else.
The developer is the source that disagrees. Every agency gives 182 residences. The page title on Marfields' own site reads The Ritz-Carlton Residences 135 Units. Whether 135 is what remained unsold, a revised count or a phase is stated nowhere the register could reach — so both are carried, and it is worth noticing that the outlier is the party that built it.
Two sources answer the standalone question in opposite directions. One calls this the island's first and only standalone branded residences; another says the building will include hotel rooms as well as private apartments on the upper floors. The service code turns on exactly that. The register holds `S4` on the brand's own material, which describes residences and no hotel, and records the contrary claim.
A tower of about 138 metres on the Limassol seafront by Marfields Group, completed, interiors by Kristina Zanic. One to three bedrooms, ceilings to 3.05 metres, delivered furnished — Botticino marble, Bulthaup kitchens, Lutron, Dornbracht. From €1.54 million for a two-bedroom. Limassol now holds two branded towers in this register, with the St. Regis.
Foreign purchase is left not established on purpose. One agency says freehold; Cyprus regulates acquisition by non-EU buyers under its own statute, and no source gives the terms for this building. Writing open would be a guess, and the register has retired one file already for guessing confidently.
Who it is not for
Not for a non-EU buyer who has not taken local advice: the acquisition terms for this building are not published. Not for anyone quoting a single unit count — the developer's own page contradicts the agencies.

02.10.2026 · Thirty-six sources re-read: twenty-five pages found, and four citations that had been pointing at nothing
The eleven that did not resolve are worth more than the twenty-five. Four of them are not gaps at all — they are citations that point somewhere, and the somewhere is wrong. binghattipropertiesdubai.com has no web server: a DNS record, nothing answering on http or https, no indexed pages — and PR-D-028 cited it, dated 20 May 2026, for the claim world's first Mercedes-Benz residential tower. A superlative resting on a host that does not answer. PR-D-142 cited 'the brand's own residences page' for the Ritz-Carlton Limassol; that path 404s and the brand's directory does not list Limassol. The register does not know whether the page existed when the record was written or was never there, and says so rather than picking the flattering version. bigsky.com is a tourism site with no Montage content, cited by PR-D-146 for the Inn Residences' debut. And fourseasons.com — Hong Kong was the hotel's page sitting in a list headed Sources, where it read as the brand publishing something about Four Seasons Place; the brand publishes no page for that building at all.
